Ancient India – India is our ancient and beloved country. This is our birthplace and karmabhoomi. India has a great and glorious past. It is said that India was the Adiguru of the world.
When a large part of the world was lying in the darkness of ignorance, India not only removed that darkness, but also gave birth to a system of governance, which is today called democracy or democracy.
This means that India is the birthplace of democracy. The kings here were the guardians and servants of the subjects. First of all, India gave new light of civilization and culture to the whole world.
Great poets like Valmiki, Kalidasa, Tulsidas, extraordinary philosophers like Kapila, Kanad, Shankara, Mahavira and Buddha like the priests of non-violence and truth were born in this country.
Saints-Mahatmas like Nanak, Kabir, Tulsi were born in the Middle Ages. In the 19th century, social workers and thinkers like Raja Rammohun Roy, Vivekananda, Ramakrishna Paramhans, Dayanand were born here.
In the twentieth century, sacrificing patriots like Mahatma Gandhi, Nehru, Subhash Chandra Bose, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Ram Manohar Lohia, Ambedkar, Jayaprakash were born in the lap of this India.
Therefore, India is a country of sages, sages, philosophers, great poets, saints-mahatmas and social workers and patriots. Every particle of it is dear and holy. We call such a great land as Bharat Mata and worship it.
Annapurna – India is such a country, where nature has blessed her by producing flowers, fruits and grains by taking new forms in her six seasons. It is said that once a river of milk used to flow in this country. There is no other country like this.
Free India – India became free from the tenacity, sacrifice and sacrifice of patriots like Mahatma Gandhi on August 15, 1947, after cutting the chains of centuries of slavery.
A red smile ran across everyone’s face. A new faith awakened, a new force was gained. We all took part in the Navnirman of India, but the freedom that we got was not complete, it was fragmented.
The country was divided into two – India and Pakistan. The new constitution of India was declared on 26 January 1950. With a great confidence we were freed.
But, soon we were disillusioned. The new leaders who came before us after the rise of the big leaders did not have that strength, that enthusiasm and the sacrifice that we had hoped for.
The whole country was shaken by communal conflicts, linguistic disputes, regional hysteria and caste parochialism and once again appeared to be returning to the Middle Ages.
Unrest, discord, murder and regional frenzy in states like Kashmir, Punjab, Assam put a question mark on the integrity and unity of the country. Today the nationalism and patriotism of political parties seems to be breaking down.
One faith – we have to act with patience, perseverance and faith. We still have such thinkers and patriots among us who, in time, will appear, lead us and then India will have a new dawn, a renaissance.
Such powers are still under the cover of the veil. Just as light comes after darkness, in the same way the present darkness of India will also go away. The tenacity and dedication of our departed patriots will not go in vain.

India is our mother land. It is also called Bharat or Hindustan. In ancient times it was also known as Aryawarta. It belongs to the Asian continent.
It’s triangular peninsula just into the Indian ocean. It is bounded on the southwest by the Arabian sea and the South East by the Bay of Bengal.
On the North lies the famous ranges of Himalayas. Our country has a population of about 100 million people. The people of our motherland speak about 845 languages and dialects.
There are more than 300 castes and sub-castes and about 30 million tribals. In the past India has been essentially an agricultural country.
To a great extent it is so even now. But it is advancing rapidly in the fields of industrialization. It is a vast country which covers an area of 12.59.797 square miles.
It is a country of six season. 1. Early Autumn, 2. Late Autumn, 3. Spring, 4. Summer, 5. Rainy and 6. Winter River and rivulets, hills and mountains and green fields and forests abound in the country.
Unity in diversity is one of the chief features of this country. It had once led the world in the field of art, culture, intellect, knowledge and spiritualism.
It has a golden past. It has a golden future as well. It had once led the world, it will once again lead the world.
